Pachyderm Studios is an active residential recording studio in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, about 45 minutes south of the Twin Cities. Set among woods and creek country off County 17, it combines a professional recording complex with mid-century modern on-site lodging so artists can live and work on the same property. The studio markets itself as the Midwest's premier residential recording environment: a large live room (Westlake Audio design), the Granite room, isolation booths, a large control room, lounge, and extensive vintage and modern equipment including a deep microphone inventory. Artists may work with the house engineer or bring their own.
